Technical Project Management Assistant in a nutshell

Milan Research Center is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Operations Assistant to optimize lab workflows, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role drives process improvements, maintains quality standards, and coordinates across technical teams. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, adaptability, and resilience under pressure. Fluency in Italian, English, and Chinese is required. What will be your main responsibilities?

• Organization process optimization: provide in-time and professional assistance to the management of Quality & Operation to push for constant company process optimization and aim to higher efficiency as well as more comfort business process, keep high sense to recognize the actual organization operational problems and difficulties from the technical business units;

• Business KPI assistance: assistance to department management in terms of KPI alignment, operational roll-out, follow-ups, reports;

• Other responsibilities: project assistance, R&D projects report preparation, data analysis, R&D projects run from start to end tracking and reminder. Service oriented mind-set to support the laboratories to reach their business goals from organizational platform perspective.

What are the skills required for this position?

• Completed education in the field of business administration/project management/communication or other similar study background, technical study background is preferred;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture and openness for an international working environment;

• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);

• Fluency in English, Italian and Chinese (written and spoken);

• Working experience in the operational roles is preferred;

• Cross culture, cross departments, cross domain communication skills are preferred;

• Career plan to be operational management is preferred;

• Be proactive and be a problem solver, passion for organization and process optimization;
