Training and Development HR Specialist in a nutshell

Join our team as a Training and Development HR Specialist at Huawei Milan Research Center. In this role, you'll design and deliver engaging training programs in the whole Europe region, facilitate sessions, and support instructors to enhance teaching effectiveness. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to align training with organizational goals and assess course outcomes to drive continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on talent development within a cutting-edge research environment.

What will be your main responsibilities?

1. Course Delivery Design: Develop and implement effective course delivery strategies to ensure engaging and impactful learning experiences for participants.

2. Class Facilitation: Lead and manage training sessions, ensuring that content is delivered in a clear and engaging manner while fostering a positive learning environment.

3. Facilitator Enablement: Support and empower instructors by providing training, resources, and feedback to enhance their teaching effectiveness and engagement with learners.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand learning needs and align course content and delivery methods with organizational goals.

5. Evaluation and Feedback: Regularly assess the effectiveness of course delivery through participant feedback and performance metrics, making improvements as necessary to enhance learning outcomes.

What are the skills required for this position?

• Bachelor or Master’s degree;
• Fluent in English and Chinese (mandatory requirement, candidates wo do not fulfill both language requirements will not be considered for the position);
